NDCL continues to offer alternatives for paying tuition with several payment options which have no fees. All tuition payment plans will be administered by FACTS Tuition management Systems (FACTS).
All families are REQUIRED to enroll in a payment plan option with FACTS. All monthly tuition and fee payments MUST be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.85% service fee.
Full Year
One (1) check or EFT payment of tuition less tuition assistance, if any and NDCL bus fee, if applicable. This payment is due on or before July 2026. No Processing Fee.
Semester
Two (2) checks or EFT payments of tuition less tuition assistance, if any and bus fee, if applicable. The first payment is due on or before July 2026; the second payment is due on or before January 2027. No Processing Fee
Quarterly
Four (4) checks or EFT payments of tuition less tuition assistance, if any and bus fee, if applicable. The first payment is due on or before July 2026; October 2026, January 2027 and April 2027. Annual Processing Fee of $70 per family.
Monthly
Twelve (12) EFT payments of tuition, less tuition assistance, if any, and bus fee, if applicable. The monthly payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account by FACTS on the scheduled date. The first withdrawal begins in July 2026. Annual Processing Fee of $70 per family.
Bimonthly
Twenty-four (24) EFT payments of tuition, less tuition assistance, if any, and bus fee, if applicable. The bimonthly payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account by FACTS on the scheduled date. The first withdrawal begins in July 2026. Annual Processing Fee of $70 per family.
For families new to the NDCL community, if you have not completed your on-line registration please click here. After you have completed your registration, NDCL will finalize the billing process and you will receive your invoice indicating the payments scheduled according to your selected plan.
Please complete your payment plan information no later than May 1, 2026 so that your desired plan can be accommodated. The bank requires lead time in order to accommodate the dates you desire for payment.
