Process for Grade Eight

All eighth graders interested in applying for admission are required to take our placement test.

Placement Testing

For Catholic Elementary School Students

All eighth grade students from Catholic elementary schools in the Diocese of Cleveland follow the application timeline below as determined by the Office of Catholic Education.

• Monday-Sunday, January 5-11, 2026: High School Selection Week
• Monday, January 12, 2026: Application submission deadline. Catholic elementary schools collect completed applications from their students.
• Tuesday, January 20, 2026: Last day for applications to be submitted to high schools.
• Wednesday, February 11, 2026: Catholic high schools mail admissions decisions to their applicants.
• Friday, February 13, 2026:  Deadline for admitted students to confirm their admission.

For Public, Private, or Home School Students

All eighth grade students attending a public or private school please follow the application timeline below.

• Monday, January 5, 2026: Our Application for Public, Private, or Home School Students will open.
