Knowing we have many different generations looking at why NDCL is the right choice as a high school, we have created two descriptions. One description for parents and one for students:

For Parents

Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School (NDCL) is more than a high school—it’s a community where students grow academically, spiritually, and personally. Rooted in Catholic values, NDCL emphasizes faith, leadership, and service, inspiring students to live with integrity and make a positive impact on the world.

At NDCL, your child will be challenged with rigorous college-preparatory courses, including College Credit Plus opportunities, that prepare them for success in college and beyond. With parts of a daily schedule like Lion Time and Enhanced Learning Block, dedicated teachers encourage students to think critically, work collaboratively, and strive for excellence in everything they do.

Beyond the classroom, NDCL offers a wide variety of athletics, arts, clubs, and service opportunities like Labre and L’Arche, helping students discover their talents and passions while building lifelong friendships.

With a welcoming community, supportive environment, and strong tradition of excellence, NDCL equips students to lead with confidence and compassion. Choosing NDCL means choosing an education that transforms the future.
